XeXeb Game Studio takes your privacy seriously. We collect only the data necessary to help improve our product.
What we collect
When you connect to an online match, your computer or headset sends a stream of data to our servers for the game to function. We collect this data as “replay files”, which let us view everything that happens in an online match and replay the match later. This data includes your username, your movement and actions in game, your ping, statistics about your performance, and when you join and leave the match. This is necessary to prevent cheating: by recording matches, we can detect and investigate suspicious activity and block cheaters from ruining the game.

We use a third-party service Vivox to power voice chat. We also use a separate third-party moderation tool VoicePatrol to moderate in game voice chat. VoicePatrol listens to all voice chat. VoicePatrol only stores clips that violate our moderation policies, it erases all other voice chat data. Here is VoicePatrols Privacy Policy.
We use multiple third-party services to help us collect this data: Photon Quantum, Microsoft PlayFab, and Microsoft Azure.
How we use this data
​This data is used to help us improve the product by understanding how people play the game, to help us balance it for competitive play, to track players' skill levels for skill-based matchmaking, to investigate concerns of cheating, and to investigate performance issues or crashes. We may share your username and estimated skill level as part of a public leaderboard that shows every player's rank. We WILL NOT share any other personal data with any third parties.

We'll also create overall statistics about how everyone plays the game. These statistics will not contain any personal data. This will only be shared with players and third parties for marketing, analytics, and development purposes.
What we do not collect
We do not collect any personal data other than the data above. We will not start to collect any additional personal data in the future without your consent. We will not share any of your personal data with a third party without your consent.
